We are happy to announce that our support page has been replaced with a new customer portal. All the information that was originally contained on the support page has been moved to the customer portal. This gives us a better way to service our clients. All support information and plus our helpdesk have been combined to better serve you. There is a knowledge base in this new area with a knowledge base search engine, links to the most popular tutorials, plus a news column where we can update you on some of the changes maintainance schedules, etc. When you submit a work request in the new system you will be able to respond via email if you are a registered user. There are many new features which you should check out when you have the time. Those having accounts in our old system will have to create new ones here. The new system requires an email verification to activate your account.

Through the evening we changed the look and feel of our sites. We have streamlined our processes to ease the purchase of services. Many pages have been moved, eliminated or consolidated to make things easier for the buyer. Additional services are now located at the bottom of each page. The new look and feel is in place for our commercial and non-profit sites and our email site will change shortly after some final testing. Our email site will now offer personal email accounts not requiring a domain along with our commercial purchases. We've installed a brand new helpdesk, which is in it's first version which will in the near future add functionality to serve our clients better.

It's been a while, but we have been very busy. We are in the process of simplifying our websites with all new interfaces. You'll start to see the changes over the next few weeks. Our goal is to simplify the purchasing experience along with updated logos and graphical interface. We have completed a new helpdesk model due to be released over the next weekend or sooner as we fine tune the new product. Our new helpdesk is in the process of final testing and our next focus will be on email and our commercial site. Navigation has been simplified for main purchases and a lot of the other services moved to the bottom of our pages to remove confusion  on where to go. Stay tuned as we start to implement these new features. We will also be offering consulting services for our local customers.

The issue with the shopping cart in Firefox has been remedied. All pages are now working across the three major browsers.

We've updated our site to make it more inviting for the user. We have placed a whole new look and feel to include a new menubar horizontal across the top of our site. Logons for email and Helm are now located under Support>> Main. We softened up the colors for more eye appeal and have updated some of the features on the site. Professional sites now come with Pearl attached and we now offer SQL Server to those needing a more robust database. Some additional changes to come will be an upgrade of the Helm control panel and an upgrade of SmarterMail. These new applications come with some more robust features that will enhance your website experience. We will keep you posted of the changes as they occur.
